How It Works

Choose your preferred size and style (watercolor or ink), and send me a few good-quality photos of your house along with any notes about special details you'd like included. I’ll create a pencil sketch and send it to you for approval before moving on to the final piece. Turnaround time is usually 2–4 weeks.

Each portrait is carefully gift-wrapped and sealed with a hand-stamped wax seal — making the unboxing feel as special as the art itself.

8×10” — $500
